Series B financing is the second round of funding for a business through investment, including private equity investors and venture capitalists.

DLA Piper represented construction technology company Briq Technologies Inc. in its recent US$30 Series B financing led by Tiger Global Management LLC.

Briq’s corporate performance management platform for construction financial professionals provide accurate and real-time forecasting abilities, automated workflows and interconnected systems that provide contractors with better visibility into their business.
