CBRE today announced that the company has been recognised as an “All Star” firm in IAOP®’s annual assessment of global outsourcing companies across all industries.

IAOP also recognised CBRE for “sustained excellence” for its continued high performance in the program over the last several years.

The GO100 recognises the world’s best outsourcing service providers and advisors.

This list is based on applications received, and judging is based on a rigorous scoring methodology that includes an independent review by an independent panel of IAOP customer members with extensive experience in selecting outsourcing service providers and advisors for their organisations.

CBRE again achieved top honours in all the program’s judging categories this year, including customer references, awards and certifications, programs for innovation and programs for corporate social responsibility.

Clay Dodd has been named director of valuation and advisory services at CBRE Group, Inc. in Minneapolis, United States. With more than 105,000 professionals in over 100 countries, CBRE is the global leader in commercial real estate services and investment.

In his new role, Dodd will help CBRE establish a national agribusiness practice.

Throughout his 25 years as a fee appraiser, Dodd has appraised many grain elevators, including country, shuttle train, river and port elevators.

He also has appraised many flour mills, including hard, soft and durum mills.

Other assignments include ethanol plants, soybean crushing plants, bio diesel plants, corn mills, oat mills, malt plants, feed mills, seed plants, specialty mills, dairy processing plants, fruit and vegetable processing plants, meat processing plants, pasta plants, canneries, dry mix plants and general food processing plants.

He received a bachelor’s of science degree from Saint Cloud State University in Saint Cloud, Minnesota, United States.
