Raffaele Torino

Lawyer since 1997 (Rome Bar) I have been admitted to practice before the Italian Supreme Court in May 2010.

I am equity partner at Bussoletti Nuzzo & Associati.

I provide advice on corporate law (corporate structures, articles of association, shareholders agreements, joint ventures, M&A, shareholder disputes), contract law (sales and franchising contracts, distribution agreements, retail standard terms and conditions, lease agreements) and debt restructuring.

My aim is to provide ‘tailor made solutions’ which enable the client to achieve its commercial goals. I can advice, negotiate, or even litigate as appropriate and in accordance with the clients’ wishes or requirements.

I can support domestic and international commercial relationships (work languages: Italian, English and French).

I’m Associate Professor of Comparative Law at Roma Tre University where I teach ‘European Union Law and Policies’ and ‘Comparative Law’. I’m director of the post lauream advanced course in ‘Progettazione e finanziamenti europei’ and I teach also at several Master courses.

My academic background and practice allows me to keep abreast of the latest developments in law and enhance my reasoning skills to apply in my advising.
