Pedro Henrique F. Raimundo works in domestic and international transactions, including M&A’s, infrastructure projects (especially O&G and mining), corporate and contractual negotiations, banking operations and project finance. Mr. Raimundo graduated in Law at Universidade Candido Mendes and attained a Masters degree at IBMEC – Instituto Brasileiro de Mercado de Capitais, Rio de Janeiro (2006) and also possesses a specialization in Corporate Law and Capital Markets at Fundação Getúlio Vargas – FGV, Rio de Janeiro (2007).
Mr. Raimundo is a member of the Brazilian Bar Association – OAB, of the International Bar Association – IBA and of the Brazilian Branch of the International Chamber of Commerce – ICC. Ranked by Chambers & Partners among the oustanding brazilian lawyers in the areas of M&A and corporate law. Ranked in 2015 by LACCA (Latin American Corporate Counsel Association) in the areas of M&A and Corporate Law.
