Adetayo is a Senior Consultant in the Energy and Projects practice group at Brooks & Knights Legal Consultants. He has particular expertise in energy related infrastructure and project financings, including advising sponsors, operators and investors on a wide range of transactions involving offshore oil and gas exploration and production facilities, floating production storage and offloading (FPSO) units, gas processing facilities, utilities, real estate and infrastructure and tax related issues.

Prior to joining Brooks & Knights, Adetayo worked with a leading law firm in Lagos and, as in-house counsel to an Independent Power Plant (IPP) developer where he played an active role in negotiating key terms of the company’s gas sale and purchase agreement, gas transportation agreement and power purchase agreement.

Tsolmon is a managing partner of Ashid Advocates LLP and leading Mongolian lawyer. She graduated the School of Law, National University of Mongolia (LL.B) and Law School, Tsinghua University (LL.M). While she was at Tsinghua University, Tsolmon was a Managing Editor at Tsinghua Law Review which is the first law review published in English in China.

She gained extensive experience in drafting and negotiation of various construction contracts (EPPM, EPCM, EPC, EPS, FIDIC Books), and involved in the construction management contract dispute representing one of the giant Mongolian companies against the largest project management corporation in Australia at the London Court of International Arbitration.

Recently, she represented the Bank of China, Tokyo branch on financing of real estate development project initiated by the Chinese developer in Mongolia. Further, she acted for Mongolian largest corporation in construction of US$100 million hotel development project with South Korean reputable engineering companies. Therefore, she acted for the leading Mongolian corporation on development of 195MW Power Plant in the southern part of Mongolia and 300MW Power Plant in the northern region of Mongolia.

Tsolmon successfully represented clients in various courts in Mongolia. Most recently, she obtained a major victory in the Civil Court No.2 of the First Instance in Ulaanbaatar on behalf of the largest Chinese real estate developer in relation to land title dispute against South Korean real property developer.

Tsolmon involved in various working groups in relation to drafting bills of Minerals Law, Investment Law, Petroleum Law and tax related laws (General Tax Law, VAT Law, Corporate Income Tax, Customs Tax and Tariff Law).

Tsolmon is admitted to practice law in Mongolia, and she is a member of Mongolian Bar Association and a member of Barristers’ Association.

Tsolmon is fluent in English, Chinese (Mandarin) and Russian.
