Andy Pear

Andy Pear began his career in banking in 1986 and relocated to London in 1990 to move into corporate advisory and restructuring with a top-twenty firm of accountants. He qualified as an accountant in 1997 and obtained the JIEB qualification in 1998.

In 1993, Andy joined a boutique restructuring practice in London that was acquired by Tenon Group Plc in 2001. After 10 years with Tenon, based in London and the South coast, Andy co-founded BM Advisory in March 2011.

With wide-ranging advisory and commercial experience, Andy has extensive expertise spanning a range of industries including, amongst others, retail, manufacturing, media, professional practices and the licensed trade.
