Marie-Cécile Rameau, Partner, is a member of the Competition team. She has been involved in a large number of high-profile litigations before competition authorities at the national and EU levels, as well as before commercial courts.
Her practice also includes advising on competition issues arising in connection with French and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
Academic Career:
She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2001 and is a graduate of IEP de Paris (Sciences Po), the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas (Maîtrise in business law) and the University of Paris V Descartes (DESS in European business law).
