Dong (Eric) Liu

Eric Liu Dong started his practice in 1997 and joined Han Kun in February 2011.

Mr. Liu specializes in cross-border arbitration and litigation, especially cross-border transaction and commercial contract-related disputes; he also has extensive experience in assisting clients to develop and establish efficient legal risk management mechanism. He is knowledgeable of commercial environment in China and well recognized in solving problems for clients from various industries through contentious and non-contentious approaches.

Mr. Liu has represented many well-known multinational corporations in high profile arbitrations and litigations and has always gained favorable judgments/awards for his clients.
