Abdulhakim Binherz is a graduate (LLM) in International Commercial Laws from University of Northumbria, and has left his imprint as one of the most prominent personalities in banking and legal sector. Prior to founding this firm, he was general counsel of Emirates NBD Legal Affairs, fraud investigation, prevention and compliance.

Binherz has extensive experience in banking and legal field as he has overseen various multi-billion dollar projects in the region. Genrikh Padva

Genrikh Padva is one of the most renowned Russian attorneys. Currently he is a member of the Central Council of the Russian Lawyers Association, member of the Academic Council of the Federal Chamber of Advocates of Russia, Board member of the Moscow Bar. Dirk Daamen

During and after his studies Daamen worked as a legal assistant for the criminal defense lawyers Serge Weening, Sjoerd van Berge Henegouwen and David Moszkowicz. Working for Moszkowicz Advocaten in Maastricht, he was admitted to the bar in 2007. He continued to work there for almost five years. During this period, Daamen focused on criminal cases, including the bigger, complex and controversial ones.

Dirk studied Dutch law at Maastricht University and graduated in 2007 in criminal law and in European law and language studies. He also studied in Italy for a year. In 2015, Dirk completed the Specialisation Criminal Law Programme at the Willem Pompe Institute, therefore he may call himself a criminal law specialist.
