Chinedu Ozor

Chinedu graduated from the University of Abuja (LL.B Hons, 2004), and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2005. He oversees the local establishment of foreign companies and corporate compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements. He provides immigration advisory and support to DCSL’s clients. Chinedu has been a member of the team of various corporate governance engagements including board evaluation, and remuneration bench-marking as well as due diligence engagements. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, UK.

HISTORICAL EVOLUTION

The entity now known as DCSL Corporate Services limited started out as a sub-unit of the Tax and Regulatory Unit of Akintola Williams Deloitte and was then known as “DTT Services”. the sub-unit provided company secretarial services mostly to companies who were audit and tax clients of the Firm. In March 1999, the sub-unit was incorporated as a legal entity, DTT Services Limited.

In 2011, the company was given full autonomy under the direction of a vibrant Board and a new Management team. Under the new Board and Management of the Company, DTT Services Limited became Deloitte Corporate Services Limited. Albeit a separate legal entity, the company remained an affiliate of Akintola Williams Deloitte (AWD) in substance.

Again in October 2013, the Company took another step towards being more apparent in the separation of its corporate status from its historical antecedents with AWD and to emphasize its corporate independence. DCSL launched its new corporate identity as DCSL Corporate Services Limited on the 12th of December , 2013. A significant development arising from the corporate reorganization process is the fact that the DCSL team has been strengthened and new service lines introduced to fully and effectively serve a broader spectrum of clients spread across major sectors of the Nigerian economy.

Fabio Gasperoni

Mr. Fabio GASPERONI has 12+ years of experience assisting clients – from solopreneurs, digital nomads and startup founders to multinational groups and investment firms as well as international families – creating and maintaining affordable and efficient corporate structures.

After studying Business Administration and Law at Milan’s Bocconi University and Business Administration at Wits Business School in Johannesburg, he worked as international tax advisor at Ernst & Young in Luxembourg and subsequently at a major Corporate Service Provider in Luxembourg where he created and headed the Corporate and Wealth Structuring Department.

He has been a Trusts & Estates Practitioner since 2010 and served as partner at Maprima Luxembourg since 2013.

Theo Coulen

Mr. Theo Coulen has been a Partner at Maprima since 2005 and has more than 20 years experience as a tax advisor. He served as Member of various Management Boards of internationally operating companies. Mr. Coulen started his career at Arthur Andersen and served at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu and ZR Belastingadviseurs. At Andersen and Deloitte, Mr. Coulen specialized in international and national corporate income tax. He applied this knowledge to internationally related tax issues for wealthy individuals at ZR Belastingadviseurs.

Mr. Coulen practiced all aspects of tax law and was responsible for clients listed at stock exchanges as well as wealthy individuals. He holds a University degree in Tax Law from the University of Maastricht with a specialization in European and International Tax Law.

Crina Vasile is Partner and one of the two founders of Lexington Corporate Services.

Crina specializes in company incorporation, corporate compliance and governance services. She is currently assisting Romanian and foreign private clients, corporations and institutional investors and serves as a member of the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board in various companies. Crina is part of the steering committee for the IR Tax group.

Ric is a Chartered Accountant and has worked in public practice since 1989. Ric graduated from University of Technology Sydney (UTS) in 1993 with a Bachelor of Business. Ric went on to complete a Masters in Taxation Law with UTS in 1996. Ric was admitted to the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia as a Member in 1996 and as a Fellow in 2013.
