We advise banks regarding financing, government in for instance tender procedures and legislative processes, and various companies in contracting and litigious matters. Furthermore, we have substantial practices in shipping and in aviation, as Aruba offers a favourable jurisdiction for arrest and judicial sale of vessels, and registration of aircraft.
