Catherine Peulvé is accredited as a mediator with the Center for Mediation and Arbitration of Paris (CMAP), the Institute for Prevention and Resolution of Conflict in New-York City (CPR), the European Court for Arbitration and Mediation in Strasbourg (CEAM) and is listed as a judicial mediator on the list of the Paris Court of Appeals.

Anthony Trace QC

Anthony Trace is a hugely experienced barrister who practised at the Bar for 35 years,19 of them as a QC. He appeared in many of the most complex and high profile cases across his areas of expertise and was ranked in Chambers & Partners directory as a leading silk in 8 practice areas. Anthony is now working as a full time commercial mediator doing both facilitative mediations and evaluative mediations (e.g. early neutral evaluation). Anthony is accredited by CEDR and by the London School of Mediation who have accredited him as a mediator to international standards. Anthony is a Member of the Civil Mediation Council, is a Civil Mediation Council registered mediator and on the CEDR Consumer Panel. Anthony is also closely involved in setting up a Community Peace Centre (which will provide free or cheap Mediation services), the first of its kind, in Leicester.

Anthony’s decision to pursue a career as a full time mediator follows his belief that mediation will become an increasingly important part of the dispute resolution process in the coming decade. The rising keenness of the Courts on alternative dispute resolution means that the parties will more and more be obliged to engage seriously in the mediation process at an early stage if they wish to avoid cost consequences and other sanctions.
