Dr. Connell Wise Founder & CEO of Connell Wise & Associates, LLC At only 28 years old Dr. Connell Wise, DDiv, is the Founder & Managing Partner of Connell Wise & Associates, LLC.  Dr. Wise is an Industrial-Organizational Generalist, Certified Public Bookkeeper, and Certified Global Business Development Specialist.  He is a member of the Forbes Coaching Council, National Association of Executive Coaching, and the American Association of Business Consultants. Throughout the past decade, he has served in various positions in both government and management.

A lifelong learner, he holds three degrees and is also currently working on his Executive MBA at the Jack Welch Management Institute. He is also currently pursuing a PSYD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology with a focus on Coaching & Consulting.

Andria Andreou

Andria Andreou is a partner in our Cyprus office. She is a UK qualified and registered lawyer with many years experience gained both in London as well as Cyprus law firms. She was admitted to the Law Society of England & Wales in 1990 and the Cyprus Bar Association in 2005. Except for her specialised knowledge in corporate and commercial law, she is well versed in establishing and supporting tax planning structures, providing proactive added value directorship, management and corporate trust services for all types of cross-border corporate vehicles, structured finance vehicles, and corporate holding structures on behalf of institutional and private clients. Andria has held a number of leadership positions during the last few years in Cyprus including head of the corporate team at a top five law firm and most recently as chief executive officer of an international corporate services provider. Arvind Rao

Arvind Rao is August Consulting’s Director and Chief Executive Officer. He has strong strategic and tactical management skills and combines them with a passion to develop services that make a positive difference to Clients.

Prior to founding August Consulting, Arvind was heading Corporate Services in Ernst & Young, Mumbai. He has brought together several years of experience in industries as diverse as pharmaceuticals, dyes, advanced plastics, telecommunications and consulting. Arvind has also travelled extensively and his experience of working in Europe gives him an edge.

In addition to his rich private-sector experience, Arvind worked in public accounting for Deloitte & Touche in Mumbai. Arvind’s experience there included audits of public and private companies, banks, trusts and government agencies entities.Arvind graduated from the University of Mumbai in 1982 and, holds a Degree in Commerce. He is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. His excellent people management skills helps the Company retain its skilled staff over the years.
