Majed M Garoub

Majed Garoub is the founder/Chairman of The Law Firm of Majed M. Garoub and the Saudi Law Training Centre. He is a member of many international and local legal entities such as the American Bar Associa- tion (ABA) the International Bar Association (IBA) and the Anti-Commercial Fraud Committee (ACFC). He is also the Consular to the president of the International Union of lawyers (UIA). Majed Garoub is the Consular to the president of the International Union of lawyers; and a member at the Arab Arbitration Group initiated by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).

He is the president of the Law Firm of Majed M. Garoub (LFMG) in both Jeddah and Riyadh, and he is the Head of the Saudi Law Training Center (SLTC). Mr. Garoub is a member in many international and local legal entities such as the American Bar Association a (ABA) and the International Bar Association (IBA) and the Anti Commercial Fraud Committee (ACFC).

Mr. Garoub is contributing to spreading the knowledge of law and legal rights awareness in the communi- ty through conducting several courses, seminars and conferences to support the spread of legal culture on a national and international level; and for his continuous global efforts he has been awarded the Chevalier de l’Ordre National du Merite in 2015 by the French government.

Majed Garoub, lawyer, is a member of the Scientific Committee of Reconciliation and Arbitration at the Arab-French Chamber of Commerce, and the deputy president of the Arab chamber of arbitration and reconciliation. Therefore, he was appointed as arbitrator and representative of several governmental agencies and international commercial companies. Thereupon, he was known as “The Youngest Arab Arbitrator, specialized in International Commercial Arbitration”. For all the aforementioned expertise in arbitration he has been selected to join the Arbitration Consulting Committee at the Saudi Ministry of Justice.

He is fluent in both Arabic and English.

Davison Kanokanga

Davison Kanokanga SC AA ARB CIArb is the Senior and Founding Partner of Kanokanga & Partners. He is also the Head of the firm’s Arbitration Practice Group. Davison as he is affectionately known has over the 30 years that he has practised law handled many large and complex arbitration matters both as counsel for one of the parties to the arbitral proceedings as well as an arbitrator. Firm History:

Mikael Wahlgren

Mikael Wahlgren is former general counsel, business lawyer, corporate lawyer, board member and arbitrator specialised in international and Swedish commercial law, company law, acquisition, dispute resolution, board work, arbitration and has lectured on Department of Commercial Law at Lund University and a number of international legal conferences.

Mikael Wahlgren is the owner and founder of the law consultancy firm Linton and Wahlgren AB. He has more than 25 years extensive experience and knowledge of, amongst others, managing arbitrations, disputes and has during the past years acted as an arbitrator and mediator. During his 10 years as General Counsel for the Alfa Laval Group and 15 years as in-house counsel, supporting a number of multinational Swedish and foreign listed companies (i.e. Skanska, ABB, Rolls-Royce and NCC) and in his current role as independent legal counsel, he acts as an arbitrator and mediator with special knowledge of complicated commercial and industrial legal matters within the international manufacturing, infrastructure, energy, construction, Life Science and Med Tech industries.

Adelina R. Hoxha

Adelina Resmi Hoxha was born in 1980 in Prizren. Primary and secondary school has finished in Pristina. She completed the Law Faculty of the Republic of Macedonia in 2003 and Masters in the third degree scientific title Magister of Juridical Sciences.

Adelina R. Hoxha started work in 1999, as trainer in the nutrition department, certified by the international experts at AAH (Action Against Hunger) Pristina. At the end of 2000 it goes as Professional Assistant at KMA (Agency for Medicinal Products Ministry of Health) which in 2003 promoted as Legal Officer in the Legal Department and continued until 2010. In 2010 passes Senior Appeals in IOB (Council Independent Oversight) for a year. From 2011 until 2013, working as a Professional Associate at the Pristina District Prosecutor. From 2013 start working as Attorney.
