Olasupo Shasore has significant experience in commercial arbitration; lead counsel in an on-going complex State- Investor dispute, an International Investment Arbitration before ICSID Tribunal; Represented the Sovereign States and entities in leading precedents on Sovereign Immunity in Nigeria; Frequently selected expert on Nigerian law at arbitration/foreign proceedings.

He has been engaged in the resolution of various commercial disputes by arbitration and has advised various clients in the Oil and Gas, Power and Construction industries for many years. He was also consulted by the Lagos State Government on reforms in the electric power sector. He was member/secretary of the Presidential Petroleum Revenue Special Taskforce and more recently, a resource person to the Federal Ministry of Solid Minerals in connection with the Roadmap for the Growth and Development of the Nigerian Mining Industry. Shasore chaired the Committee on the Reform of Nigeria’s national Arbitration Law and led the amendment of the LCA Rules (2013) to provide for “Special Measure” Emergency Arbitrators.

He was a member of ICCA’s Consultative Workshop Cooperation among African Arbitral Initiatives; London Court of International Arbitration Africa User Group; the Panel of Recognised International Market Experts (PRIME) and its Advisory Committee; the International Lawyers for Africa (ILFA); board member of Nigeria Ports Authority and Interswitch.

Mikael Wahlgren

Mikael Wahlgren is former general counsel, business lawyer, corporate lawyer, board member and arbitrator specialised in international and Swedish commercial law, company law, acquisition, dispute resolution, board work, arbitration and has lectured on Department of Commercial Law at Lund University and a number of international legal conferences.

Mikael Wahlgren is the owner and founder of the law consultancy firm Linton and Wahlgren AB. Adelina R. Hoxha

Adelina Resmi Hoxha was born in 1980 in Prizren. Primary and secondary school has finished in Pristina. She completed the Law Faculty of the Republic of Macedonia in 2003 and Masters in the third degree scientific title Magister of Juridical Sciences.

Adelina R. Hoxha started work in 1999, as trainer in the nutrition department, certified by the international experts at AAH (Action Against Hunger) Pristina. At the end of 2000 it goes as Professional Assistant at KMA (Agency for Medicinal Products Ministry of Health) which in 2003 promoted as Legal Officer in the Legal Department and continued until 2010.
