Matt Noyce

Matt Noyce is the Director of the company with a career in insurance and reinsurance which spans more than 15 years and encompasses the Australian, UK and European insurance and reinsurance markets.

Matt has more than 6 years of experience in the Australian market and held the position of Director, Client Markets & Chief Pricing Actuary for Swiss Re Life & Health Australia Ltd. for four years, with responsibility for the pricing of all of Swiss Re’s life & health business for Australia and New Zealand.

Matt also held the role of Chief Pricing Officer at CommInsure, with responsibility for pricing all of CommInsure’s Life and General Insurance products, and also managed the General Insurance valuation team.

Matt holds a masters degree in physics from Oxford University and is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries Australia (FIAA) and Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries (FIA).

Armoghan Mohammed

Armoghan is a partner in PwC’s Actuarial Practice and has over 20 years’ experience in risk management. He started his career as a Nuclear Engineer and subsequently moved into risk management and actuarial.

His areas of expertise include the design, development and implementation of risk management frameworks, advising clients on developing risk strategy, risk appetite and risk profile policies.
