Pooja Tidke has completed her Law degree from Government Law College, Mumbai and has been enrolled as an Advocate of the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa since 2005. She also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from H.R. College of Commerce and Economics, Mumbai.

She specializes in Arbitration and Dispute Resolution with a focus on commercial, maritime and technology laws. On the non-contentious side, she undertakes advisory and contract drafting assignments for various stakeholders within the maritime sector such as private ports, ship-building companies, charter parties, etc. She also undertakes select Policy assignments for the technology, media & telecom sectors.

She has led and been involved in several important civil, commercial, and constitutional cases concerning the real estate, maritime, transport, infrastructure, technology, media and entertainment sectors; and also enjoys advising clients in the non-profit space. She practices on the original as well as the appellate side of the Bombay High Court, the City Civil Court, the National Company law Tribunal, the Real Estate Regulatory Authority, and works closely with attorneys across the country enabling pan-India capabilities. She also represents clients in domestic and international, institutional as well as ad-hoc arbitrations.

She is Senior Partner at Parinam Law Associates.

She believes in proactively pursing cases and adopts an expeditious approach towards effectively resolving disputes.
