There are many ways to show your appreciation for your employees, from calling them in to offer praise, to publicly rewarding them in front of the company. You could offer vouchers or a bonus as well as other financial incentives too, particularly after a big project.

There are many things you can do here, from providing a great break out space in your office, to offering rewards for those that do well in a given time frame. You could get a new coffee machine, have an Xbox in the staff room or provide rewards such as finishing early on a Friday. These are all great to help your employees feel appreciated.
