Yvonne Engkar has been working as a lawyer since 10 June 1994. In 1995 she founded, together with mr. Edward Naarendorp and mr. Jane Tjon Coster Advocaten.

Before that she worked for about 10 years at the Ministry of Justice and Police as a lawyer. She has developed expertise in employment law, administrative and administrative law, personal and family law, property law and contract law.

It is worth mentioning that, because of her expertise, she was part of the Employment Law Working Group at the SJSSN.
