– the admission to pupillage and registration of pupils in Sierra Leone;

– the prescription of fees for non-contentious legal matters in Sierra Leone

– Consultant to the Truth & Reconciliation Commission for Sierra Leone (TRC) October 2003 February 2004 – Analysed the Constitution and laws of Sierra Leone, and the judiciary and the legal profession to see if and how these contributed to the civil war in Sierra Leone, made recommendations to rectify anomalies in the law and suggested methods of improving the judiciary.

– Member Rules of Court Committee March 2003 August 2007 – This Committee is created by Section 145 of the Constitution of Sierra Leone Act No. 6 of 1991 and its functions include making and amending rules for regulating the practice and procedure of all Courts in Sierra Leone (the Supreme Court, Court of Appeal, High Court, Industrial Court, Magistrates Court & Local Courts) with the primary purpose of preventing frivolous and vexatious proceedings/litigations.
