As an advocate, Thomas has acted as lead counsel in more than 100 international arbitrations in the leading arbitration institutes, including the International Chamber of Commerce, London Court of International Arbitration, American Arbitration Association, Stockholm Chamber of Commerce and the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes.

Thomas also regularly sits in three-member arbitration tribunals and as a sole arbitrator.

Thomas frequently represents clients in the Chancery and Queens Bench divisions of the High Court of England and Wales in a broad array of disputes.
