Shirli heads the employment and immigration practice. She joined the firm in 2007 to become a partner in 2017. Shirli assists some international clients like Shell, Zara, Ericsson, Dompé, Microsoft, Inditex, Mediterranean Shipping Company, etc. and advises global HR and law firms like Baker & McKenzie, Fragomen, Ius Laboris, Newland Chase, on Albanian employment and immigration legal and practical matters.

Shirli is graduated from the Law Faculty and has further completed a post graduate degree (Masters Degree) in Public Administration at the University of Tirana. Shirli is a Member of National Reconciliation Office, representing some prominent employers’ organizations on collective labour disputes matters and she was admitted to Tirana Bar Association in 2012.
