The partners of the firm aim to develop long-term relationships with our clients and we make it a point to provide them with personalised services, with a team of qualified, attentive and responsive lawyers.

Our approach is foremost as general commercial lawyers, each of whom relies on a particular area of expertise and experience.

Our firm advises clients in connection with the conception of the structure, the negotiation and the setting up of complex projects or transactions, such as external growth operations or raising up equity and furthermore ensure a regular representation of the clients before all French courts and arbitral panels. We also advise clients regarding management issues that may arise in the ordinary course of business.

Each brief is handled by a partner who, depending on the needs of the client and the case, assembles a team of partners and lawyers with complementary expertise In order to ensure a prompt response and to provide adequate solutions.

All of the Firm’s lawyers are competent as legal advisors and litigators as these two aspects of practice are complementary both in terms legal skills and culture. The regular practice of a judicial activity allows a better anticipation of conflicts in contract negotiations and facilitates drafting of contract which thus benefits from the experience of litigations. A rigorous approach and the quest to be exhaustive, are at the core of the activity of legal advising, and an asset in ligation.
