Rashid, the founder of the firm, obtained his LLB in 1968 from University of Baghdad, and later continued his education at London School of Economics and Kings’ college in the United Kingdom. As a recognised legal consultant to numerous organisations across the Kingdom of Bahrain, Rashid Ebrahim has played a prominent role in the establishment of notary public offices at the Ministry of Justice in Bahrain and has also been appointed as a Courts of Law Director.
His continued development of the legal sector in areas concerning professional ethics lead to his appointment as Lecturer at the Bahrain Judiciary Institute as well as a Member of the Board of Trustees for the Bahrain Chamber for Dispute Resolution.
As a founding member of the Bahrain Bar Association, Rashid Ebrahim was also a member of the International Court of Arbitration at ICC, and a member of GCC Arbitration centre and the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration. He is the chairman of the ICC National committee of Bahrain and a member of UIA and IBA.
