Monique is a director in ENSafrica’s corporate commercial department, specialising in M&A with a particular focus on transactions into Africa. She has been involved in every aspect of the M&A process, including providing structuring advice, conducting and managing due diligence investigations, contract drafting and negotiation, regulatory submissions, and managing the fulfilment of transaction conditions and implementation. In this regard, Monique has had exposure to a wide range of jurisdictions, both in Africa and further afield.
