Aruba is an island country in the mid-south of the Caribbean Sea, about 29 kilometres north of the Venezuelan peninsula of Paraguaná and 80 kilometres northwest of Curaçao. It measures 32 kilometres long from its northwestern to its southeastern end and 10 kilometres across at its widest point.

Milko was born and raised in Aruba. Mr. Baiz graduated in 1993 from the Dutch Police Academy in Apeldoorn, Netherlands and worked for 5 years in the Aruba Police Force as a lieutenant. Thereafter Mr. Baiz was appointed as director of the Department of Public Transportation, where he worked for five years. Mr. Baiz graduated in 2001 from the University of Aruba and was admitted to the bar of the Joint Court of the Netherlands Antilles and Aruba in October 2003.

Milko worked from October – November 2003 at the Coutinho & Co Law Offices and from December 2003 – June 2009 at Gomez & Bikker Law Offices in Aruba.
