Lynda is a lawyer admitted at the Paris and Cameroon Bars and is the Managing Partner of the Firm. Lynda advises on corporate transactions, projects and financing in the Energy, Mining and Infrastructure sectors in Africa with a specific focus on the OHADA zone. She is the former General Counsel and current advisor of Cameroon Power Holdings, an investing affiliate of Actis Fund in Cameroon and the majority shareholder of ENEO Cameroon.

She has previously worked at Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe, Clifford Chance, Simmons & Simmons and Reed Smith Paris offices. She has also worked as a lawyer at EDF Group.

Lynda is a former lecturer at Cergy Pontoise University in France. She regularly conducts training sessions for lawyers in Cameroon. Lynda is the Secretary General of the Cameroon Mining Association, the chamber of mining operators in Cameroon.

Lynda is a board member of African Business Lawyer’s Club, a club dedicated to improving business practice in Africa. She is also Vice-President of the Diallo Telli Club, a think tank that promotes inclusive and sustainable growth in Africa.

She is active in Association des Juristes Camerounais de France, a french club dedicated to promoting the practice of business in Cameroon with investors in France.

• 2021: Lead counsel to ENEO CAMEROON in the context of a syndicated loan of XAF 100 billion (EUR 152 million) with CITIBANK, SOCIETE GENERALE as arrangers and a pool of local banks including ECOBANK, BGFI, SCB, AFRILAND, CBC, BANQUE ATLANTIQUE, BICEC
• 2021: Legal advice to the off-taker in the negotiation of the PPA for the development of two solar power plants with a capacity of 25 MW in Maroua and Guider in Cameroon by a consortium with Scatec solar
• 2020: Local counsel to FAYAT-EGIS  on the negotiation of  a PPP contract with Government of Cameroon for the construction of 14 toll roads in Cameroon.
