Professional Biography:

Fiona Ey is a Partner of Clarke Ey Koria Lawyers. Her practice focuses on commercial transactional and advisory work in domestic and cross border matters. She has particular expertise in corporate law (international and domestic companies), banking and finance, telecommunications, intellectual property and foreign investment. She also advises on international trade, environment, competition and e-commerce law.

Prior to establishing her legal practice in Samoa in 2002, Fiona was a senior lawyer in the Australian Government where she advised on international trade and intellectual property matters.

Fiona also undertakes consultancy work in management, strategic planning, corporate governance and legislative and policy development. She works with civil society organizations, governments and international donors.

Fiona is Chair of the Board of Samoa’s Small Business Enterprise Centre (since 2010). She is also a former board member of Faataua le Ola (Samoa Lifeline).
