Ehtisham is Partner of the Firm and co-heads the corporate and commercial department of the Firm.

His chief area of focus includes transaction advisory, energy, oil and gas and mergers and acquisitions. He regularly advises companies on matters relating to investment, project finance, construction, mergers & acquisitions, corporate & regulatory compliance, contract, anti-competitive action, tax, labour, telecommunication, property, foreign exchange regulation and intellectual property. His clients include government institutions, listed companies and industrial conglomerates.

Mr. Qadir is enrolled as an Advocate of High Courts of Pakistan. He has previously worked with RIAA Barker Gillette and Mandviwalla and Zafar during which he has advised various clients on energy (renewable and non-renewable) and infrastructure projects exceeding USD 2.7 Billion and mergers and acquisitions exceeding USD 1.9 Billion.

Mr. Ehtisham Qadir is presently serving as the Deputy Convener of Federation of Pakistan Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s Standing Committee on “Law and Justice” and is a member of Finance and Tax Sub-Committee of Karachi Tax Bar Association.
