Doğukan B. Aksoy, a registered attorney-at-law and trademark attorney in Turkey, is the founder of Aksoy – Trademark and Patent.

Prior to founding Aksoy in Ankara (where the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office is located, and lawsuits against the decisions of the Office shall exclusively be settled), Doğukan had worked at the Istanbul office of an international law firm as the primary contact person with respect to the filing and prosecuting of intellectual property rights.

At Aksoy, Doğukan now advises his local and international clients from various sectors on a wide range of intellectual property matters, files their registration applications and oppositions against third party applications before the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office and negotiates assignment and license agreements with counter-parties on behalf of his clients.

Apart from the services mentioned above, with his extensive experience in litigation, Doğukan regularly represents his clients before the Turkish Courts in all kinds of disputes related to trademarks, patents and designs.
