Diana Hamadé is the founder of Diana Hamade Attorneys at Law in Dubai, her boutique law firm, and a UAE-licensed lawyer with right of audience before all UAE courts. Diana undertakes international commercial arbitration work as counsel and arbitrator. She is licensed by the Ministry of Justice, the Dubai Legal Affairs Department and the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department, and is a registered practitioner in DIFC courts. She has been involved in setting up two arbitration centres in Dubai and a number of draft arbitration laws of arbitration in the UAE.
Diana is hosted as a speaker on arbitration locally and internationally. She is also involved in training and developing the practice of arbitration as a contributor to many publications, including The National, Arbitral Women, the ICLG series, Lexis Nexis, Thomson Reuters and Chambers.
Diana was recognised by Thomson Reuters as the Most Influential Female Lawyer in the UAE and as the Best Legal Writer by The National.
