Alban has more than 21 years of professional experience as an attorney at law both in Albania and Kosovo, in private commercial practice, focusing his expertise on energy, infrastructure, real estate, dispute resolution, employment and telecommunications.

His former experience includes being a senior partner of a leading Albanian law firm where he led the energy, infrastructure and litigation department during the last 15 years.
