Adeleke is a corporate commercial lawyer based in the Lagos office of the Firm. He specialises and has depth of experience in Banking and Finance, Capital Market, Telecommunication, Media and Technology, Real Estate, Aviation law, Company Secretarial and other corporate commercial practices.

Adeleke has advised on several landmark and award winning transactions both locally and internationally in Banking and Finance and Capital Market transactions.

Adeleke graduated from Obafemi Awolowo University in 2007 and was qualified to the Nigerian Bar in 2008. He is a member of the Nigeria Bar Association and the International Bar Association. He has attended quite a number of trainings, seminars and conferences both within Nigeria and outside Nigeria in finance documentation, mergers and acquisition, telecommunication media and technology.
