Adebayo is a seasoned Legal practitioner with 35 years of experience in active legal practice. He obtained both an LL.B hons degree and an LL.M degree from the University College, London. He is accomplished in advanced Company Law, Intellectual Property, Carriage of Goods by Sea and Marine Insurance.

Adebayo understands the internal workings of Public Sector organisations having worked and prosecuted cases for the Legal Section of the Nigerian Customs and Excise. He was also a technical expert in the firm of Bentley Edu & Co where he was engaged in commercial litigation and intellectual property practice.

Adebayo was a member of the Ogun State Law Revision / Review Committee for twelve years from 1999. He was one of the 5-man committee that prepared the Laws of Ogun State 2006. He also served as a member of the Ogun State Judicial Service Commission for three years.
