Lucy Sinkular was admitted to the practice of law in New Mexico in 1994. She has extensive experience in family law, including divorce and custody issues arising from military benefits, pensions and relocation’s. She is the firm’s point person for adoptions, both step-parent and third party. Lucy is trained in Collaborative Law and also works as a settlement facilitator. She is also a frequent volunteer at pro bono law clinics and Law-La-Palooza. Lucy’s passions outside the office include genetic genealogy, hiking, running and cycling. Lucy and her husband Scott are the parents of two, a daughter who graduated from Colorado State University and a son who studies at New Mexico State University. They also have two dogs and a cat rounding out their household.
