Sahe Da Silva acts for financial institutions, the Government of Timor-Leste, State owned corporations, foreign governments, Timorese and international NGOs and Timorese and international investors on a wide range of matters including banking and finance law, commercial contracts, corporate law, land and property law, labour law and the sovereign wealth fund.

Prior to founding Da Silva Teixeira & Associados, Sahe was a corporate, banking and finance lawyer with Corrs Chambers Westgarth, one of Australia’s leading law firms. At Corrs Sahe advised major banks, non bank financial institutions and private sector borrowers across a variety of finance transactions including acquisition financing, property development financing, syndicated lending, corporate restructuring and securitisation.

Sahe holds a Bachelor of Business (Major in Accounting) and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Technology, Sydney.
