Sylvia has been a licensed attorney in Liechtenstein, Austria and Switzerland since 2007 and is an expert in European competition and international tax law. For more than ten years, Dr. Freygner has specialised in trademark law, vertical distribution channels, as well as concession and licensing models. Further, Dr. Freygner focuses on tax arrangements regarding assets, companies and international licensing systems. Dr. iur. Thomas Wilhelm

Thomas Wilhelm founded the law firm in 1992. In addition, he is an executive member of the Board of Directors of Codex Treuhand AG, which he founded in 1988. Prior to this, Thomas Wilhelm worked for an internationally-focused fiduciary group and law firm in Liechtenstein. He was awarded a doctorate in 1981 at the Law Faculty of the University of Innsbruck (AT).

Dr Helene Rebholz

Helene Rebholz is a founding partner of König Rebholz Zechberger. Her key areas of practice cover investment law and corporate law.

Before joining the office she was managing partner of one of the oldest law offices in Liechtenstein. She studied law at the University of Innsbruck (Mag.iur. 2000, Dr.iur. 2006). She holds an LL.M. degree in European Law (Schloss Hofen 2002). She is admitted to the Liechtenstein (2004) and Austrian Bar (2005).

Her areas of practice are investment law, corporate law as well as banking and insurance, M&A, civil law and litigation.
