Dickon is a graduate of the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus in Barbados and the Hugh Wooding Law School in Trinidad & Tobago where he earned a Bachelor of Laws Degree and a Legal Education Certificate respectively.

Dickon was the recipient of several awards at Hugh Wooding Law School in recognition of his skill as an advocate, but most notably, The Principal’s Award for Advocacy and The Robert Mathieu Sellier Memorial Prize for the Best Performance in Trial Advocacy.
