We are a law firm with a Nordic profile and a global mindset. Our primary market covers the Nordic/Baltic region and Northern Europe, in particular Germany. NJORD has 200 employees at five offices – in Aarhus, Copenhagen, Riga, Tallinn and Vilnius.

The Nordic Region Is Our Home Turf:

NJORD works for companies and authorities in Denmark, the Nordic region and Germany, and for a number of our global clients, we function as a gateway to the entire Nordic/Baltic region. Many of them use NJORD on a continuous basis as a Nordic problem solver, and as a result, we conduct a considerable number of cases across national borders.

Major International Turnover:

In addition to Danish, Nordic, Baltic and German companies and authorities, our client portfolio also counts a large number of the world’s largest brands. Approximately half of our business comes from international groups.

Liberal-Minded:

The Nordic aspect is an integral part of our culture and mindset. We bring Nordic values into play, whether the job at hand is a Danish business transfer, a German property deal, or brand protection covering the entire Nordic region. NJORD is liberal-minded. We are direct, informal and flexible. Our company is characterised by low power distance and a versatile culture with more than 20 different nationalities represented among partners and other employees.

Experience From The Other Side Of The Table:

To us, it is an advantage that a number of our lawyers have extensive experience from the business life where they have been sitting “at the other side of the table” – often in some of the biggest companies – and therefore have in-depth knowledge of the factors that characterise optimum client handling.
