He is the founder of the firm. He has worked as a magistrate since 1997, then as director of a United Nations Project on Support to Justice and Human Rights. He has also worked as a consultant for several UN agencies and international consulting firms.
MZE Azad holds a diploma from the National School of Magistrates of Bordeaux, a Master 2 Research in Comparative Public Law from the University of Perpignan. He also holds a university degree in International Relations and a Professional Master 2 in Political Science with a specialisation in “Politics and Strategy of International Public Action” in the specialty NGO Management and IGOs from the University of Lyon III Jean Moulin.
Cabinet Agerius was created by MZE Azad in 2012. After extensive experience in the judiciary, project management and consultancy, he decided to set up the Cabinet.
Despite its relative youth, Cabinet Agerius is one of the most dynamic in the Comoros. Open to the international, he collaborates with several international and regional partners (France, United States, Great Britain, India, China, Mauritius, Poland, Madagascar) and is frequently entrusted with matters of advice or litigation.
It collaborates with the main banks of the Place and is one of the 8 Firms approved by the Supreme Court of the Comoros.
He also pleads before the Constitutional Court of the Comoros.
The Cabinet is a leader in consultancy in various fields and has been asked to contribute to studies concerning the reform of Justice, that of the Civil Service, relations between the Comoros and the WTO.
