Atoh Walter M. Tchemi

ATOH WALTER M TCHEMI is the founder and Head of THE TIME LAW FIRM.

Born and bred in Kumba, Atoh received his Master Of Arts In International Politics from CENTRE EUROPÉEN DE RECHERCHES INTERNATIONALS ET STRATÉGIQUES (CERIS) BRUSSELS-BELGIUM and his LL.B. from the UNIVERSITY OF DSCHANG, West Region, Cameroon.

Atoh’s devotion to protecting consumer and justice is woven seamlessly into his spare time, where he volunteers for the PRO BONO GROUP, this is a registered Non-Governmental, Non-Political and Non Profit making organization that renders pro bono legal services to persons who cannot afford for defense counsel.

When Atoh isn’t grinding away at the office, he can be found playing Volleyball and Tennis at the local gymnasium.

Roland Abeng is holder of a certificate on Mediation and Arbitration from the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) and a host of other training certificates related to the legal profession.

He has held and still holds various leadership positions within the local and international communities. Some of these include being the Project Coordinator of the Douala Street Children’s Project, a Patron of the Congregational Choir of Presbyterian Church Bonamoussadi Douala, the Moderator of the Cameroon Advocates Online Forum, and the President of the Bonaberi – Douala Civil Society Club amongst others.

Carlton Fon Akkum

Carlton is the Managing Partner of the firm with more than fifteen years of outstanding practice. He studied Law and Economics and has many qualifications. Admitted to the Cameroon Bar Association in 1996, he advices local and international clients in all aspects of corporate transactions and corporate Law as well as venture capital investments. He also has extensive experience in Intellectual Property Law, Mining and Hydro-carbons, Civil Aviation and Labour and Trade Relations. He is currently advising Rodeo Resources and Grynberg Petroleum Company, United States based Corporations, on the Exploration, Exploitation, Development and Marketing of the on-shore Logbaba natural Gas/Condensate Field project in Cameroon. He has advised Ansette World Wide Aviation and G.E. Capital Aviation Ltd., with respect to five (5) Air-Craft Lease Transactions contracted with the Cameroon Airlines, (as at the time). Carlton has also handled other highly complex structured finance transactions.
