Anton Becker

In 2009, I established my own law firm specialising in commercial law. Increasingly I found clients approaching me with questions relating also to their private lives. Commercial and private matters often intertwine, it seems. As a consequence, I successfully tackled divorce and alimony cases and developed my knowledge and skills in these areas of law, too.

Now clients can additionally rely on my expertise in such matters. Clients have come to appreciate and, indeed, expect an all-round service that includes an admixture of fine negotiation skills, a diplomatic touch and dogged perseverance. They get what they expect.

I go beyond the call of duty. Providing legal advice is where it starts. However, it is not enough to achieve a satisfactory legal result. A keen eye has at all times to be kept on its practicality and cost. It is essential that one should not lose sight of the bigger picture, particularly when the wood gets lost in a forest of complex legal detail.

Moreover, thanks to my extensive work for some of the most renowned Austrian and international legal firms, I have become accustomed to working to the highest possible standards: nothing less is acceptable. This experience in a small practice translates into personalised, tailor-made and hands-on service that achieves results.

Dispute Resolution Practice:

Lady Justice cannot tell apples from oranges as she is blind. We are not. Our eyes are permanently peeled to discern the finest of details. With foresight and finesse, prudence and precision, we litigate to tip the scales in your favour.

We are conditioned to fight and do not shy away from disputes, but we nonetheless always keep an eye on the economic outcome. We regularly take action for our clients in complex litigation, arbitration and court proceedings. We are regularly summoned as arbitrators in the ICC, the Vienna Chamber of Commerce, and in ad-hoc arbitration proceedings at home and abroad

Fiebinger Polak Leon:

We see it as a constant challenge to keep restructuring ourselves as an organization. We are a large firm with the qualities of a small one. We are international. We are the (not so) small among the mighty. We think economically and show courage in finding solutions. We are modern service providers with traditional virtues, and see our clients as our partners.

In international business law each case requires a customized team of specialists. Integrating their strengths and competencies in an optimum way is the main service of Fiebinger Polak Leon Attorneys at Law. All of our clients get their own reliable partner they can fully count on. The expert teams are in the background but always on hand when needed. This calls for great flexibility on the part of our high-profile attorneys and a willingness to embark upon new trails without drifting too far afield. It requires a capability to change based on principles such as confidentiality and loyalty. Our ability to respond to societal change quickly, with the right strategy and verve, and to fulfill our clients’ wishes, is confirmed by a growing list of prominent clients.
