Ric is a Chartered Accountant and has worked in public practice since 1989. Ric graduated from University of Technology Sydney (UTS) in 1993 with a Bachelor of Business. Ric went on to complete a Masters in Taxation Law with UTS in 1996. Ric was admitted to the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia as a Member in 1996 and as a Fellow in 2013. Ric has also completed and been awarded SMSF Specialist Advisor in 2013.

Along with his extensive tax knowledge, Ric can assist you to structure your business affairs so as to minimise tax, protect your financial interests and provide maximum flexibility with respect to your goals of building wealth and maximising your returns. Doug Jones AO RFD

Doug Jones is an internationally recognised infrastructure and dispute resolution lawyer. Acting for owners (both government and private sector), financiers, contractors, consultants and subcontractors.

Doug has advised extensively on project structuring and financing, contract drafting and advice during project implementation and dispute resolution for major infrastructure matters, including Department of Defence facilities and equipment acquisitions, airports, ports, roads and rail projects throughout Australia, New Zealand, Europe, Asia, the Middle East and USA.

Gary Crutchley

Gary joined the Practice as a cadet quantity surveyor in 1978 and was appointed a Director in 1986. He is responsible for the delivery of risk management services to financial institutions and Cost Management of projects for a range of private school, health and leisure clients. Gary is a highly skilled cost planner renowned for his attention to detail and capacity to research solutions on projects that may have unique design issues. In recent times Gary has successfully cost planned projects as diverse as heritage facilities, foot bridges and butterfly enclosures.

David is internationally recognised and lauded as a leading taxation specialist.

Matt Noyce

Matt Noyce is the Director of the company with a career in insurance and reinsurance which spans more than 15 years and encompasses the Australian, UK and European insurance and reinsurance markets.

Matt has more than 6 years of experience in the Australian market and held the position of Director, Client Markets & Chief Pricing Actuary for Swiss Re Life & Health Australia Ltd. for four years, with responsibility for the pricing of all of Swiss Re’s life & health business for Australia and New Zealand.

Matt also held the role of Chief Pricing Officer at CommInsure, with responsibility for pricing all of CommInsure’s Life and General Insurance products, and also managed the General Insurance valuation team.

Crissa Sumner

Crissa is responsible for overall state business performance including business development, client acquisition and management, consultation on talent solutions and implementation of projects. She also has a strong focus on growing the business and building Hudson brand through formal presentations and networking.

Experience:

Crissa joined Hudson in 2012 as a Managing Consultant in our Talent Management business, focusing on the Brisbane Assessment and Development practice. After successfully growing this practice, Crissa moved into the role of Regional Manager Assessment Solutions Manager, and made a significant contribution to our business as a technical leader responsible for providing advice and support to key clients and our talent management consulting teams across Australia, New Zealand, and Asia.

Most recently, Crissa has stepped into an operational leadership role, as Director of our Talent Management business across New South Wales (NSW).

Qualifications:

Crissa is an Organisational Psychologist with a PhD in the area of leadership, social intelligence and employee attitudes.

Crissa is also an experienced presenter, educator and researcher. She is currently an Adjunct Senior Lecturer in the School of Psychology at Griffith University. Crissa has presented the findings of her research in the area of leadership at a number of national and international conferences, and published them in peer reviewed journals. She also regularly supervises and mentors early career psychologists.

In 2011, Crissa was awarded the College of Organisational Psychologists Early Career Award in recognition of her outstanding achievement in the field of organisational psychology during the first < 10 years of her career – this award is only given to one early career Organisational Psychologist across Australia every 2 years
