Kenneth G. Porter

Kenneth G. Porter regularly provides practical and insightful advice to a wide portfolio of local, regional and international clients. He has guided clients through the process from the property purchase, licence approval, planning and concession negotiations with Government to construction. Also at the vanguard in Anguilla’s IP sphere, Kenneth is active in INTA and IPCA and is an overseas member of CITMA.

Kenneth practiced in one of Anguilla’s leading law firms for over 20 years, and prior to that, at the private bar in Jamaica. He is currently the Deputy Chairperson for the Anguilla branch of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). He has previously been a Government appointed Labour Tribunal Chair and is a Member of the Board of Governors of the Anguilla Community College.

Yanique L. Stewart

Ms. Yanique Stewart was born on the island of Jamaica and received her primary and secondary education in Westmoreland, Jamaica.

Ms. Stewart obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree, with Honours, from the University of the West Indies, Mona Campus (Jamaica) in 2006, prior to obtaining a Bachelor of Laws Degree, with Honours, from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus (Barbados) in 2008.

Ms. Stewart later obtained her Legal Education Certificate from the Council of Legal Education at the Norman Manley Law School, Jamaica, in 2010.

Ms. Stewart was admitted to practice in Anguilla in February 2011.

Ms. Stewart is a Notary Public for Anguilla and was a Council Member of the Anguilla Bar Association for the period 2014 – 2017.

Following a two year tour of office in the Attorney General’s chambers, she established the firm that subsequently became Webster Dyrud, when John Dyrud joined her in partnership, and which became Webster Dyrud Mitchell when the firm acquired Mitchell’s Chamber’s, on the elevation to the bench of now Lord Justice of Appeal I.D. (Don) Mitchell. From January 2013, Pam Webster became sole principal and the firm changed its name to WEBSTER and embarked upon a new phase of its successful development.
