American Attorney Camille Vasquez Elected Partner
International law firm Brown Rudnick recently announced that American attorney Camille Vasquez has been elected partner. Camille is a 2010 graduate of Southwestern Law School.
Camille has more than 10 years of experience, which includes defamation cases, contract disputes, business-related torts and employment-related claims.
Brown Rudnick serves clients around the world from offices in key financial centres across the United States of America and Europe.
Their clients include public and private corporations, multinational Fortune 100 businesses and start-up enterprises.
Brown Rudnick also represent investors, as well as official and ad hoc creditors committees in today’s largest corporate restructurings, both domestically and abroad.
Camille is adept at formulating offensive and defensive litigation strategies for private clients.
She also has extensive experience handling parallel reputation management and crisis communications issues arising from these engagements.
Camille was a key member of the litigation team that won a jury verdict for actor and musician Johnny Depp in his defamation trial against ex-wife Amber Heard.
A Virginia jury unanimously ruled in favour of Depp following a six-week trial, and found that he had proven all elements of defamation.
The seven-member jury awarded him $15 million and $2 million to Heard on account of her counterclaim.
